Booking and cancellation terms

In short: 20% deposit (or full payment) when booking, balance on the day, free cancellation up to 24 hours before, free rescheduling in bad weather.

Booking

Book with the form on this site or on WhatsApp. We confirm the date, pickup time and meeting point on WhatsApp.

For evenings and packs, book 24 to 48 hours ahead if you can: seats are limited each evening.

Prices are in euros, per person. The buggy is priced per 2-seat vehicle.

Return transport from your hotel or riad in Marrakech city is included. Pickup outside Marrakech carries a supplement depending on distance.

Optional private transfer instead of shared transport: €80 per vehicle, 1 to 7 seats.

A 20% deposit confirms the booking (card or PayPal). You can also pay in full online.

The balance is paid on the day of the activity.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the activity; let us know on WhatsApp.

In bad weather, we offer free rescheduling.

New Year's Eve (31 December): a single departure with fixed capacity; cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.

Quad: minimum age 16 to ride alone; younger children ride as passengers behind an adult. No licence needed.

Buggy: the driver must show a valid car driving licence.

Camel: from age 5, with an adult.

Helmets and goggles are provided. Closed shoes are required for quad and buggy; a safety briefing comes before every departure.
